Invoice for architect fees, to cover preparation work for the Phase III roof repair scheme (part funded by English Heritage lottery grant), to the amount of £4,292.44.
Victor explained the work involved, which included preparation of survey drawings and a schedule of works.
We have funds earmarked for this purpose that can be made available quickly.

That we settle the invoice forthwith

ACTION: A cheque was written for Victor to send to the architect. Victor would keep copies of the correspondence.
